The Challenge
Colyer Commercial are a firm of consultant surveyors and estate agents specialising in all aspects of commercial property in Horsham, Crawley, Billingshurst, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and the surrounding towns and villages of West Sussex and into Surrey.
The client asked us to design and build a new website, integrated with their CRM, Agency Pilot. Once added in their CRM, the properties are automatically fed to the website so there is no need to load them again and their Property Updates form also feeds into Agency Pilot so they can manage their clients in one place.
Our Approach
We designed a clean, new responsive website that works across all devices. Properties have far more information than before and there is a map, where visitors can click on a pin for each property, if they prefer to search by location.
Full screen galleries provide ample real estate for photos of the properties and visitors can search by location, floor area etc. The clients Services are clearly shown as is their News and Deals section.
The client has a full CMS, which is modern and easy to use, when they want to make future updates.
