Established in 1984, Johnsons Insulation Supplies Ltd is a family run business that prides itself in providing a quality service to the building industry and allied trades.
Traditionally, customers would call the office to place orders, but the client wanted to start offering ecommerce on certain products.
The client also wanted to work with a new agency so they could make their own changes, rather than have to request them with their web designers all the time.

Following our usual process, the client was involved at every stage, so they could add valuable input and see constant progress on the new website.
The website was fully to make it as easy to use as possible and we wanted to build trust more with the clients website users. To do this we added clear contact details, delivery and returns information and customer reviews.
A system was developed whereby customers can order some products directly on the website, but for others they can simply request a quote instead. This suited our client because Johnsons didn't want to launch the new site with all products available to buy online.
Through the website, Johnsons can make almost any change themselves, so they have control of their products and content and what they want to sell directly on the site.
