Accomplishment Highlight

It has been challenging running Made Simple Media over the last few years, through Brexit, the pandemic and now the cost-of-living crisis.

Managed to balance cash flow, keep suppliers paid on time and deliver assistance and value to clients. Managed to remain profitable, whilst servicing 80+ clients. Keeping the business running smoothly is essential to help clients and suppliers maintain confidence in the company.

Worked with a team of marketers to organically grow the business with new clients each year and support existing ones. Identified ways to improve design and development and make processes more efficient. Decreased design time by 25% and increased the development process by 15-20% due to new processes.
