- Many of the tasks undertaken within the Business and Enterprise packages are directly linked to Google performance measures, this in turn impacts your search ranking ability. In layman's terms, the work we complete is designed to support and improve your position on search engines and become unattractive to hackers.
- No. Our warranties are flexible and therefore we wish to demonstrate the value in having them before you commit to a contract. After 3 months we will have a review call to understand your long-term goal and how your package can be catered to achieve this. * We won’t ever enforce a contract to begin but do recommend you look at the website warranty as a long-term investment.
As many of you already know, we are the UK’s leading Concrete 5/CMS developers and therefore these warranties are created to support C5. If you have changed your CMS and now work with Wordpress – this is also something we are able to provide but will be based on a bespoke solution that works for you. Should you not have C5 or Wordpress and still require a warranty, please get in touch to see if we can help.
No. Although it is easier for us to manage and maintain security of your website if it is hosted with us, it isn’t essential. Depending on your hosting provider, we may need to obtain a few pieces of information to successfully monitor and report monthly.
