Our process is: Plan it Right. Design it Right. Build it Right. But how do we do that?...
Plan it:
We produce sitemaps and wireframes to work out where important pages need to be and where key elements need to sit in each page type. This helps your users to find what they want quickly. We supply page types so you can grow the site in the future and we may explore the user journey for your target audiences too.
Design it:
Once you’ve approved the sitemap and wireframes, you can move onto the design stage, this is where we’ll add your branding (logo/graphics images/colour scheme). At this stage additional content may also be required and we can work with you to ensure this resonates with your audience.
Build it:
This is where we get into all the HTML, CSS and JavaScript and your website becomes interactive! We build the home page first and getting your approval before moving onto the next pages. Everything receives a thorough test to make sure it works across all devices and at all screen sizes.
These are the key parts of the web design process, of course there may be much more to larger projects such as user research, copywriting, or interactive prototypes.
Once these stages are complete and we have your approval, we move onto the testing stage of our web design service where we use a range of browsers and devices and our website testing software. Then we are set for launching the new website in all it’s glory when you are ready to go live!
