The Challenge
Fusion Appointments are an award-winning, boutique recruitment agency. Their approach to recruitment is to provide a better, more bespoke, personal service which is why their clients keep coming back.
The old website wasn't delivering the results they wanted and the branding needed work to make it more modern and recognisable.
The new website had to be a big departure from what they had before and make it much easier for clients to get in touch and for candidates to apply for jobs.
We needed to discover what Fusion are all about and make sure thir website represents them in the right way.
Our Approach
The clients old logo was not clear or up to date, so we designed a slick new logo, keeping it recognisable, yet simple. We wanted to capitalise on their colourscheme, it's not the usual colours, so there was an opportunity to make the branding really stand out. We then supplied various file formats so the logo can be used across digital and print.
Up next was to completely redesign their website, with a distinctive yet simple layout and page architecture so people can find what they want to. The website had to work for both ends of the chain: The job candidates and Fusion Appointments clients, the companies with the job roles to fill.
The beautiful new website is also very easy to work with for Fusion Appointments themselves, with a modern, secure and up to date CMS that allows them to change their content as much as they like and add more pages in the future as part of their content marketing.
An integration with Broadbean means their jobs are automatically fed to the site, saving the client time and money and meaning their new roles are advertised on the website as quickly as possible.
To top things off, the client benefits from our friendly, personal service, with ongoing support which makes perfect sense to Fusion because it is how they work too!
