The Challenge
Land Solutions genuinely love all aspects of land development. From advising landowners how best to utilise and maximise their land potential, helping projects over the hurdles of achieving planning consent, to creating sales packages to sell their new homes.
The client wanted a futureproof website with a professional new design that they could update in-house with their latest projects, so they could demonstrate their experience and expertise.
Our Approach
The clients branding was a little inconsistent and their logo wasn't very strong so first of all we designed a new logo and chose new typography to give them a stronger brand to work with on the new website and in their future marketing collateral.
We designed the new website to feature their project images as much as possible, so users can instantly see what types of project the client has experience with.
To showcase the clients work in the South East and London, we created a Projects section where they can add past, current and upcoming projects. One nice touch is that the banner on each project is a dynamic map, so the client only has to enter coordinates of a project to generate the banner and the marker on the map.
