The Challenge
Restaurant Property are the leading specialist in leisure property such as restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels, with global connections throughout the leisure property industry.
The client approached us because they needed a redesign of their old website, that would look more modern and fit with their plans to expand their business.
In addition, we were tasked with producing a more flexible website, with an excellent level of on-page SEO and editing capabilities, to allow for ongoing promotion of the website.
Our Approach
We explored design options with the client, taking into account their key audiences and the approach they wanted to take. The look and feel of the site was a top priority, ensuring the clients' business is represented in the correct light.
Restaurant Property is expanding globally so we built-in features to help them represent this within the new site, including a new team section so clients and partners can get to know who they are dealing with at the company.
We built an integration with Salesforce so that we can pull in property data from there and a Dashboard in the website for adding extra details to each property, as and when it is required.
In the Dashboard (backend of the site), we also built a tool, where the client has been able to find many new leads, resulting in new business.
The new site showcases their properties clearly with a comprehensive property search and a blog, which can be filtered by various topics.
We added Page types within the CMS to easily add pages so that the client or ourselves can build their content and improve the site in Google and other search engines over time.
