The Challenge
Wake QA was founded in 2003 by its current chairman, former airline captain and UK CAA Inspector Simon Wake and has remained a close-knit family company within the UK ever since. Wake QA remains the only British company to receive IATA accredited organisation status, an emblem of our team’s professionalism and effort into understanding and performing aviation audits.
The client wanted a new, more professional website that better conveyed their service offering and was designed so that information could be accessed via industry or service.
Our Approach
In addition to designing and building their new website, WakeQA asked us to rewrite the website copy, so we analysed their current copy and learned about their organisation so we fully understood who they are and who their target audiences are.
Once this was done, new copy was created whilst the new site was being designed and built. We consulted various team members within WakeQA to ensure everyone was happy and the new site accurately portrays their business and services.
Update May 2024: The client are now taking their business to the next level, so asked us to redesign the site to support that. We revised the whole design and architecture, added 301 redirects to the new pages and relaunched the site within a narrow timescale. The client are thrilled with the result!
